RepubliK, the world’s first social media platform in web3, is seeking a digitally savvy, experienced marketing mind to add to the global influencer marketing team. You will be responsible for dynamic and experimental campaign and content initiatives from start to finish. Additionally, the Influencer Marketing Manager will contribute to the expansion and enrichment of RepubliK’s ambassador and creator-affiliate programs, including outreach and management, as well as customized onboarding of select content creators into the RepubliK ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Talent-scout and outreach within designated or growing verticals (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Twitch) across different niches (e.g. crypto, tech, lifestyle, dance, beauty, fashion, etc)
- Research, monitor and identify social media trends and influencer activity for partner and creative opportunities
- Manage relationships with influencers and creator-affiliates, including onboarding, day-to-day communications and content liaison.
- Ideate and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative strategies in designated markets
- Lead regular status calls, meetings and week on week reporting
- Catalog and manage influencer records, content and documentation related to rostered influencers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing / marketing agency / pr agency / similar role
- Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and best practices, influencers / content creators and social media trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least 1 other language.
- Demonstrable track record of independently initiating and monetising relationships with influencers or successful social media engagements e.g. high performing 1st or 2nd party content.
- Applicants with additional knowledge of the following sectors will receive priority: Entertainment and Media / Finance / Exchange / Crypto
- Applicants with additional experience in the following fields will receive priority: GTM / Product Marketing / Content Creation / Talent Scouting
